Document collection setup
We agree how invoices, receipts, contracts, bank statements and payroll documents will be shared each month — secure portal or shared drive.
Bookkeeping & reconciliation
We record transactions, classify expenses, reconcile every bank account and flag missing or unclear items each month.
Reporting & compliance review
You receive a monthly reporting pack plus a clear view of any tax, documentation or compliance items requiring attention.
E-invoicing is coming. We get you ready before the deadline.
The UAE Ministry of Finance is rolling out a mandatory e-invoicing framework based on the Peppol PINT AE standard, using a 5-corner model and Accredited Service Providers (ASPs). Every VAT-registered business will need to issue, exchange and report invoices electronically in a structured format.
GFLO Consultancy handles the full readiness programme so you're live, compliant and stress-free before your sector's deadline — without firefighting at the last minute.
Readiness assessment
Map your current invoicing flow, ERP/accounting setup, customer/supplier base and identify gaps against PINT AE requirements.
Master data clean-up
Standardise TRNs, addresses, product/service codes and tax categories so every invoice validates first time.
ASP selection & setup
Help you choose an FTA-accredited service provider, configure your Peppol endpoint and connect it to your accounting software.
Integration & testing
End-to-end test runs covering invoice generation, exchange, FTA reporting, credit notes and edge cases — before you go live.
Go-live & monitoring
Switch on real invoicing, monitor exchange and reporting acknowledgements, and resolve any validation errors as they arise.
All VAT-registered UAE businesses for B2B and B2G transactions, on a phased basis announced by the Ministry of Finance.
Invoices stop being PDFs sent by email. They're issued as structured XML through an ASP, exchanged via Peppol and reported to the FTA in near real-time.
ASP onboarding queues, ERP fixes and master-data clean-up all take weeks. Late starters face penalties, blocked invoicing and accounts-receivable disruption.

Don't see your question? Use the calculator above or message us on WhatsApp.
How much do accounting services in Dubai cost?
GFLO Consultancy bookkeeping starts at AED 750/month for up to 50 transactions, scaling to AED 1,800/month for 500+ transactions. VAT filing is AED 800–1,500 per quarter. Corporate Tax is AED 2,000–2,500/year. Annual audits run AED 4,500–10,000/year based on turnover. 5% UAE VAT is added to all fees. The calculator on this page gives you a real-time total.
Do free zone companies in the UAE need bookkeeping?
Yes. UAE free zone companies must maintain proper accounting records — even small or newly incorporated ones — to satisfy Corporate Tax, audit, licence renewal and banking requirements.
Can GFLO Consultancy clean up old, messy accounting records?
Yes. We routinely review historical books, reconcile bank statements, identify missing documents and prepare corrected accounting files ready for tax filing or audit. We'll scope the clean-up after the initial review.
Do you handle both VAT and Corporate Tax filing?
Yes. We file VAT returns quarterly and Corporate Tax returns annually for both Small Business Relief (SBR) and Standard regimes, in line with FTA requirements.
Does GFLO Consultancy support UAE e-invoicing implementation?
Yes — end-to-end. We run a readiness assessment, clean up master data (TRNs, addresses, product codes, tax categories), help you select an FTA-Accredited Service Provider (ASP), map your invoices to the Peppol PINT AE standard, integrate with your ERP or accounting software, run test exchanges and support go-live. After cutover we monitor exchange/reporting acknowledgements and resolve validation errors so your invoicing keeps flowing. Scope and pricing are confirmed after a 30-minute readiness call.
How does the engagement work and how long is it?
Engagements run for 12 months from the agreed start month and auto-renew for the next year, unless either party terminates with one month's notice. All fees are agreed in writing up front via an engagement letter.
What software do you use?
We work with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero and Tally — or whatever cloud accounting tool you already use. If you're starting fresh, we'll recommend the best fit for your business.
Do you offer audit support?
Yes. Audit reports start at AED 4,500/year for companies up to 1M AED turnover, scaling to AED 10,000/year for up to 20M turnover. We plan the audit, examine records, evaluate internal controls and prepare the yearly audit report.
